About Me

 

✨ Welcome! I’m So Glad You’re Here

Hi, I’m Nicole, Certified Parent Coach, mom of four (from little to grown!), and founder of Parent With Grace.

I support parents raising strong-willed, sensitive, and neurodivergent kids, helping them create calmer homes, deeper connection, and confident leadership… without shame, fear, or exhaustion.

For years, I thought I had to “stay in control” to be a good parent.
I tried routines, rewards, consequences, charts, all the things we’re told will work.

But when my beautifully intense kids struggled, those strategies fell apart.
And I found myself overwhelmed, anxious, and questioning everything.

Everything shifted when I stopped trying to “fix” behavior…
and started learning nervous system regulation, connection-first parenting, and strengths-based support.

Our home didn’t become perfect,
but it did become peaceful.

There was laughter again.
And breathing room.
And a version of motherhood that felt like me.

Now, I help other parents do the same, one calm moment, one breath, one connection at a time.

You don’t have to hold it all alone.

Our Mission

 We support overwhelmed parents, especially those raising neurodivergent kids, through the emotional storms, tech struggles, and daily chaos of parenting.
Our mission is to help families move from reactivity to regulation, from power struggles to partnership, and from burnout to calm, confident and connected.
We believe:
