About Me

 ✨ Welcome! I’m So Glad You’re Here

Hi, I’m Nicole, Certified Parent Coach, mom of four, and founder of Parent with Grace.

I help parents of neurodivergent and big-feeling children create calmer homes, stronger connection, and more confident parenting, without shame, fear, or exhaustion.

Before Parent with Grace, I spent over 20 years in the medical field. That experience shaped how I see families as whole systems deeply impacted by stress, overwhelm, and nervous system health.

For years, I believed I had to “stay in control” to be a good parent. I tried routines, rewards, consequences, all the strategies we’re told should work.

But when my beautifully intense kids struggled, those approaches fell apart. And so did my confidence.

Everything shifted when I stopped trying to fix behavior and started learning nervous system regulation, connection-first parenting, and strengths-based support.

Our home didn’t become perfect, but it became peaceful.

There was laughter again.
Breathing room.
And a version of motherhood that finally felt like me.

Now, I help other parents build the same, one calm moment, one breath, one connection at a time.

You don’t have to hold it all alone.

I’d be honored to support you as you build the calm, regulated, connected family life you deeply want and deserve. 💛

Our Mission

We support overwhelmed parents, especially those raising neurodivergent kids, through the emotional storms, tech struggles, and daily chaos of parenting.

Our mission is to help families move from reactivity to regulation, from power struggles to partnership, and from burnout to calm, confident and connected.

We believe:

✅ Your calm is your child’s anchor
✅ Connection comes before correction
✅ You deserve support, not shame
✅ Grace isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence

You don’t have to figure this out alone!

Let’s parent with purpose, tools that work, and grace
